London TBN Meet-Up, May '05

As a crucial part of our short trip to London, YellowMudShark and myself (Sharleena) scheduled for a reunion with TBNer Magic Fingers and his partner Indra. We were supposed to meet up at the Whitechapel Robert Crumb exhibition at around fivish pm, but due to technical dificulties with the subway itinerary (ok, it was my fault!! so rub it in why don't you!) we only had a mere 15 minutes before the gallery employees gently yet decisively pushed the lot of us out of the premises...
In spite of that, we started a great evening at a classical London pub:

... upon deep discussion, concoctions and libations, we decided to go enjoy some Italian food close to the river Thames...

As a mutual demonstration of appreciation, we exchanged goodies: Belgian chocolates for an autographed Zappa album
(deal of a lifetime if you ask me :-)
